SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
1. BLISSNEW STORE SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
Blissnew Store offers a subscription membership (the “Blissnew VIP Membership”), which provides access to premium discounts, exclusive offers, a 100% price-match guarantee (which you may submit to us by email or phone for an identical item), and free shipping, according to these Terms and as displayed to you at the time you enrolled. Blissnew Store may change promotional terms from time to time but will not increase fees without reasonable advance notice to provide an opportunity for you to cancel. Blissnew Store may also offer additional deals from time to time, which will be confirmed during the checkout process.
14-Day Free Trial & Automatic Billing
Enrollment in the Blissnew VIP Membership requires your affirmative opt-in at checkout. The membership option is not pre-selected by default, and you must actively choose it to enroll.
When you sign up for the Blissnew VIP Membership, you will receive a 14-day free trial. During this trial period, you will not be charged the membership fee. However, you must provide valid payment information at checkout, and unless canceled before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged as described below.
Charges and Automatic Renewals
On the day after your free trial ends, your credit card or other payment method on file will be charged the Blissnew VIP Membership fee of $29.99 USD (exclusive of taxes) without obtaining your further confirmation. Your Blissnew VIP Membership will automatically renew every 30 days, and you will be charged $29.99 USD (exclusive of taxes) each billing cycle until you cancel.
A confirmation email will be sent after enrollment, summarizing your membership terms, billing details, and cancellation instructions.
Cancellation
If you do not want to continue the Blissnew VIP Membership or wish to cancel at any time, you may do so by filling out the cancellation form on our website, by emailing us at blissnewsup@gmail.com, or by calling +1 (754) 222-6407 at least 3 days before the next billing period, including your full name and the email and physical address associated with your account.
Failure to cancel or continued use of the Blissnew VIP Membership authorizes Blissnew Store to charge you, and you remain responsible for all applicable membership fees.
Payment Methods
By providing a credit card or other payment method (including PayPal, Google Pay, or express checkout), you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize Blissnew Store and its payment processors to charge the total amount due. If a payment method cannot be verified or is declined, Blissnew Store reserves the right to cancel purchases or membership access.
These Terms constitute authorization for charges without requiring a signed receipt. Blissnew Store is not responsible for insufficient funds or fees incurred. Debit card charges are authorized if provided. We reserve the right to correct billing errors at any time.
Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our physical products and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible items. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds apply only to physical products and do not apply to Blissnew VIP Membership fees, which are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law or stated at checkout.
We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our discretion. Exceptions may be made for damaged goods, fulfillment errors, or valid concerns. Approval of any refund does not waive these Terms.
2. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Governing Law and Venue
This Agreement shall be governed by applicable U.S. laws without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction. If you reside outside the U.S., claims must be brought individually and in accordance with applicable local laws.
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve disputes informally.
Arbitration Provision
If disputes cannot be resolved informally, any claim shall be resolved through binding arbitration, governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Arbitration shall be conducted through JAMS under its Streamlined Rules or an alternative forum if unavailable.
Each party bears its own attorney fees unless otherwise awarded by statute. Arbitration hearings may occur in person, by video, or telephone.
Waiver of Class Actions
You and Blissnew Store agree that all claims must be brought individually and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.
3. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Blissnew Store disclaims all express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Blissnew Store shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Maximum liability shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount paid, whichever is greater.
4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
You acknowledge and assume all risks associated with using Blissnew Store’s website, products, and services. You agree to release and indemnify Blissnew Store and its affiliates from all claims arising from your use of the Service.
5. MODIFICATION & TERMINATION
Blissnew Store may update these Terms at any time by posting revisions on the website. Continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access or membership at our discretion.
Sections relating to disputes, liability, intellectual property, and miscellaneous provisions survive termination.
6. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE
You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate account information and maintain credential security.
You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only. Violations may result in immediate termination.
You consent to receive transactional and marketing emails, with the option to unsubscribe from promotions.
7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Blissnew Store is not responsible for third-party services linked or integrated into the Service. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, branding, and materials are the exclusive property of Blissnew Store. No rights are granted beyond personal use.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
9. MISCELLANEOUS
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Blissnew Store. If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions remain enforceable.
Force majeure events excuse delays beyond reasonable control.
